Jerusalem Bible



The New Jerusalem Bible appeared in 1990,but it was introduced to the public who spoke English in 1996 and it was created by translating the Bible in a Roman Catholic way.The ones who published it were Darton,Longman&Todd. And includes deuterocanonical books,introductions footnotes and explanations,but also sixty six books that were included in the Protestant Bible.The reasons for which its appearance was possible are two of the biggest problems Christianity faces these days:the Christian religion was weaker as time was passing because people didn’t believe in the existence of God and Its authority.The second reason was the denial of the Bible as a sacred document.
